Al Godsoe, 84, of Youngstown, NY passed away on April 15, 2013 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Al was born in New Brunswick, Canada. He moved to Niagara Falls, NY as a child and later enlisted in the United States Navy until his Honorable Discharge in July of 1944. He was employed as a plumber for Local 22 UAW located in Buffalo, NY. Al was a lover of animals, especially his cats. In his leisure time, he enjoyed hand-crafting model boats. Mr. Godsoe is survived by his best friend, Vincent Morello, Sr.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 6th from 6 – 7:30 P.M at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY followed by a prayer service at 7:30 P.M. with military honors. Interment in Oakland Rural Cemetery, Youngstown, NY.
