Albert V. 'Al' Ventry, 27, of the Town of Wheatfield, NY passed away on Monday May 11, 2015 in the Town of Erwin, NY. Born in Lewiston, NY he was the son of father Edward A. Ventry of Newfane, NY and mother Diane C. (Jeffords) Ventry (James Venne) of Youngstown, NY.
Al was a lifelong resident of the Niagara Falls area. He attended local schools and graduated from Lewiston Porter High School in 2006 playing basketball, football, and soccer. He then attended NASCAR Technical Institute in Mooresville, North Carolina where he earned an Associate's Degree and won a trophy. Al was an automobile enthusiast, he was his own boss he loved his bike, cars and trucks he worked as a mechanic in the Niagara Falls area for many years. He loved NASCAR racing, off roading and especially liked his Camaro and Dusenberg. He also was a sportsman and loved the outdoors going fishing and hunting. Al had a passion for all animals. Al had numerous pets but his most favorite was his beloved companion Berry Boosker. But his greatest pleasure was spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Al is also survived by his fiancé Kyle N. Robinson, two sisters Barbara A. Ventry (Guy Beaton) of Niagara Falls, NY and Amy R. (Steven) Ventry-Smith of Greensboro, NC; one brother Edward A. Jr. (Marie) Ventry of Rockhill, SC. He has survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be on Sunday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 9 p.m. at the
M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will begin on Monday May 18th at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 11 a.m. in St. Vincent DePaul at St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY.
