Alex P. DePadre, Jr, 57, of Tonawanda, NY, passed away on December 24, 2013 in Buffalo, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of the late Alexander P. DePadre, Sr. and Dolores (Gaetano) DePadre.

Alex attended local schools and graduated from Niagara-Wheatfield High School. Alex was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing. He also enjoyed hockey, and coached hockey for over 20 years. Alex was also active with the reunion committee of Niagara-Wheatfield High School.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah DePadre; three sons, Alexander DePadre, III, Justin DePadre (Alyssa Bender) DePadre, and James DePadre; his beloved granddaughter, Hailey Mae DePadre; his siblings, Nicholas (Gail) DePadre of Casa Grande, AZ, Bee (Sue) DePadre, Jo Jo DePadre (Kenneth) Wendt, both of Niagara Falls, NY, and Henry (Cindy Werley) DePadre of Austin, TX and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Maria Teresa (Harold of Niagara Falls, NY) Hall and a brother, Louis DePadre.

Visitation will be on Friday December 27th from 6 -7 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY RD. NIAGARA FALLS, NY.
