Obituary
Angeline J. (Tullo) Zito, 94, of Lewiston, NY, passed away on December 6
th
, 2018 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY. Born September 23, 1924 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Giulia (Farace) Tullo.
Angeline attended local schools and graduated from Trott Vocational High School. She worked at Moore Business Forms in Niagara Falls, where she met her beloved husband Joseph M. Zito. They were married on August 2, 1947 at Sacred Heart Church in Niagara Falls. Mr. Zito predeceased her on December 3, 2011. Angeline was a longtime member of St. Joseph's Church serving as a Eucharistic Minister. She was a member of the Italian Sons and Daughters of America Power City Lodge #158 and volunteered at the John Duke Senior Citizen Center. Angie enjoyed homemaking, shopping and bowling in various ladies' leagues. Above all she was dedicated to loving her family, especially her grandchildren.
Angeline is survived by her two children, Judy (William) Clark and Andrew Zito, three grandchildren, Ashlie (Matt) Marcyan, J.J. (fiancé Alicia Bentley) Alquist, Amber (Elliott) Ash, great-grandchildren, Maya, Chloe and Reese Marcyan and Ethan Ash as well as several nieces and nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister Josephine (Umberto 'Chuck') Conti.
Visitation will be on Sunday, December 9
th
from 4 - 7 P.M. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. Angeline's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 10
th
at 12:30 P.M. in Holy Family Parish at St. Joseph's Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
