Loving Daughter, Sister, Aunt & Friend

On December 1, 2020, Ann Ciminello passed from this life and into a new life in the arms of our Lord and the Blessed Mother.  Born on August 3, 1946 in Brooklyn, New York, Ann was the daughter of the late William and Lucy (Bianco) Ciminello.

Ann's family moved from Brooklyn to Niagara Falls in 1956 where she attended local schools and developed many friendships. Ann is predeceased by her brother Vincent Bianco (survived by wife Cynthia), brother Salvatore Bianco (survived by wife Diane), and infant brother Anthony Bianco, as well as her Uncle Mike and Aunt Millie Cioffi.   She is survived by her brother William (Diana) Ciminello.  She also leaves behind nieces, nephews, and cousins in Niagara Falls, Rochester, and Long Island.

Ann was very close to her mother Lucy, and both were devoted to St. Anthony.  Her youngest brother, Anthony, who died at three months old, was named in St. Anthony's honor. There was a shrine to the saint in their home.

Years ago, when Ann was often with her young nieces and nephews, she would let the children do all the things their parents wouldn't!  Needless to say, she was one of their favorite aunts. She enjoyed all of the parties and dinners and family events held throughout the years.  She will be missed by all.

Per Ann's wishes, there will be no prior visitation. On Monday, December 7, 2020 at 10:30 AM, a Celebration of Life Mass will be held in her honor in Holy Family Parish at St. Joseph Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls NY 14301.  Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Flowers are graciously declined.
