Ann M. DeFazio, 103, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2018.  Born in Walston, PA, she was the daughter of Louis and Jennie (Caterisano) Badolato.

Ann came to Niagara Falls as a child with her family. On September 29, 1936 she married Frank J. DeFazio. Mr. DeFazio predeceased her on March 21, 1995. Ann enjoyed cooking for her family.  Her specialty dishes were baked macaroni, pignolata and Easter bread. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Ann is survived by her two children, Carol A. (Thomas) Volk and Ron F. (Late Kathy) DeFazio, grandmother of Kevin (Lisa) Edwards, David Edwards, Dana (Robert Hornos) DeFazio, Devin (Marc) Antonelli, Derek (Jamie) DeFazio, great-grandmother of Erika Edwards, Vincent Edwards and Stella Antonelli. She is also survived by one brother Eugene "Geno" (late Carrie) Badolato as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Ann was predeceased by her siblings, Frances (late Patsy) Arone, Rachael (late Harvey) Wakley, and Anthony (late Santina) Badolato.

There will be no prior visitation. A Memorial Mass will be announced at a later date.  Ann will be entombed in her family's mausoleum at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.  Memorial donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association of WNY, 2805 Wehrle Dr. Suite 6, Williamsville, NY, 14221.
