Anna (Viccica) Stephenson, 79, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Monday February 1, 2010 at her residence while under the care of Niagara Hospice. Born in West Wyoming, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Grace (Rizzo) Viccica.

Anna was educated in Pennsylvania. She came to Niagara Falls, NY in the late 1930's and worked at the former Kimberly Clark Corp. in Niagara Falls until 1965. On October 25, 1959 she married her beloved husband of forty one years, Thomas Stephenson in Niagara Falls. Mr. Stephenson predeceased her on June 7, 2001. Anna was a member of Forestview Church of God.

Mrs. Stephenson is survived by her daughter, Laura (Michael) Skalski of Tonawanda, NY; two granddaughters, Alexis and Victoria, one sister Carmella (late Patsy) Venditti of Niagara Falls, NY and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also predeceased by two brothers, Joseph (late Kay) Cipolla, Joseph (late Mae) Viccica and one sister Theresa Vichica.

Friends may call on Thursday from 4 – 8 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will be held on Friday February 5th at 10 a.m. with Rev. Ronald Maines officiating. Interment will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Forestview Church of God, 1250 Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14305 or to the American Cancer Society, 101 John James Audubon Parkway, Amherst NY 14228.
