Anne M. (Orzel) Myers, 94, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away Saturday June 6, 2009 at Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence in Lewiston, NY. Born and educated in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Sophia (Zdziebko) Orzel. On May 1, 1937 she married Donald Vincent Myers in Niagara Falls, NY. Mr. Myers predeceased her.

Anne was a real estate agent in Niagara Falls, NY and also worked as a workmen's compensation assistant for the City of Niagara Falls, NY. She was later employed as a research assistant for the Niagara County Youth Bureau in Lockport, NY. A member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Niagara Falls, NY since the age of seventeen; Anne was a Republican committeewoman, and served as chairwoman of the Niagara Falls and Niagara County Republican Club. She was a sponsor of the Big Sisters Program, maintaining close contact with her "little sister" to the present time, and served as president of the Niagara Falls Italian Women's Club.

Survivors include two daughters Beverly (late Robert) Boczon of Slidell, LA and Judy Hunsinger of Chula Vista, CA; four grandchildren Russell (Karen) Cosgrove, Christopher (Kathy) Cosgrove, Bill Hunsinger, David Hunsinger; four great-grandchildren Melissa (Randall) Cavalier, Christopher Cosgrove, Julie Cosgrove, Jennifer (Gareth) Hunsinger Flora; one great-great-granddaughter Isabella Cavalier; two nieces Joanne (Herman) Witjes and Estelle (John) Drake. Anne was predeceased by two sisters Estelle Sheldon and Gladys Belkota.

Friends may call Thursday from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY RD. NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will immediately follow at 1:00 pm with Deacon Judy Hoff officiating. Interment in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. Relatives and friends are also invited to attend a memorial service Sunday June 14th at 9:30 a.m. in Calvary Lutheran Church, 4001 McKoon Ave. Niagara Falls, NY. Flowers are gratefully declined.
