Anthony "Tony" S. Crogan, 42, of Sanborn, NY died on Tuesday November 30, 2010 at Buffalo General Hospital in Buffalo, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of Frederick P. Crogan of Sanborn, NY and Sunny L. Printup of Salamanca, NY.
Tony was a lifelong resident of the Niagara County area and attended local schools. He was employed at Smokin' Joe's in Sanborn, NY. Tony was a member of the Turtle Clan and in his leisure time he enjoyed beadworking. When he was younger he liked playing lacrosse which he enjoyed watching throughout his lifetime.
In addition to his parents, Tony is survived by one daughter Vanessa Crogan of Youngstown, NY; two sons Anthony Crogan Jr. of the Town of Niagara and Dylan Crogan of Niagara Falls, NY; two grandchildren Nezzlyn Ashley and James Ashley, two brothers Fredrick P. (Monica) Crogan of the Tuscarora Indian Reservation and Clifford S. Crogan of Niagara Falls, NY; one sister Kelli (late Kyle) Dowdy of Salamanca, NY and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his twin brother Theodore L. Crogan and his brother Bradley A. Crogan.
Friends may call on Thursday from 4 – 8 p.m. at the M.J.COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY. Family and friends are invited to funeral services on Friday December 3rd at 1:00 PM at the Tuscarora Indian Mission, Walmore Road, Tuscarora Reservation with Rev. Donald Robinson officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Interment in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Tuscarora Reservation.
