Anthony F. "Tony" Vescio, Jr., 73, of Lewiston, NY, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2026. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Anthony F. Vescio, Sr. and Rita (Kilbride) Vescio, and the beloved husband of Judith (Eodice) Vescio, whom he married on April 21, 1983, at the former Niagara Falls Wintergardens.

Tony was raised in Niagara Falls before moving to Lewiston with his family as a teenager, where he graduated from Lewiston-Porter High School. For many years, he served as Pharmaceutical Department Manager at ParMed Pharmaceuticals, a manufacturing company founded by his father and later sold in 1985. Most recently, Tony worked as a Traffic Controller for the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission, retiring in 2024.

A proud Harley-Davidson enthusiast, Tony enjoyed riding motorcycles and was an avid collector of many trinkets. He loved watching movies, especially when it came to the Star Wars franchise. Tony was also an avid consumer of good TV and politics, and enjoyed talking about both with his son Salvatore. Known for his wonderful sense of humor, Tony had a way of making those around him laugh and feel welcome.

Above all, Tony treasured his family. He was a loving husband, devoted father, and proud grandfather. He found his greatest joy in the time spent with his grandchildren, creating cherished memories that will be treasured by his family forever.

In addition to his beloved wife of 43 years, Judith Vescio, he is survived by his three children, Anthony (Jennifer) Vescio III, Kristin (John) Keller and Salvatore (Robert) Vescio; his grandchildren, Delaney, Jack, Jordan, Julian, Max, Leiland, Giovanni and Nico; three siblings, Mary Susan (John) Holinka, Christine (Dr. Samuel) Sirianni and Jean Vescio; his brother-in-law, John (Michele) Eodice and sister-in-law, JoAnn (Joseph) Smiech, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother, Ralph (Mary) Vescio and his brother-in-law, Peter (Cindy) Eodice.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 11 from 6 – 8 PM at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. Tony’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, November 12 at 10:00 AM in St. Peter’s Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, NY 14092.
