Anthony M. Mameli, 58, of Naples, FL and formerly of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Naples Community Hospital. Born in Niagara Falls, he was the son of Sarah (Mittiga) Mameli and the late Vincent "Jimmy" Mameli.

Anthony was a skilled worker, moving to Texas at an early age improving his carpentry skills until he returned to Niagara Falls where he framed many local residences. He later became a Millright at Norampac (Cascades). He then moved to Naples, Florida and was employed by a large surgical equipment company, Arthrax as a Facilities Tech Senior.  Tone was an excellent Harley Davidson motorcycle mechanic. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing golf and spending time with family.  Above all, he loved and cherished his family and dedicated his life to his children. He was a devoted son and had daily conversations with his mom.  Anthony gave from his heart; he opened his home to anyone that needed a place to stay (never wanting anything in return).

Mr. Mameli is survived by his children, Angela (Justin) Mameli-Van Dusen and Anthony (Kammee) Mameli; grandchildren Kane, Devin, Trey and Aubree; siblings John (Karen) Mameli, niece Neysa Mameli and Vincent Mameli (Lisa Fortuna), nephew Patrick Mameli; mother of his children and beloved loved one Christine Mameli and his life-long best friend, Frank "Chink" Destino. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Visitation will be on Thursday, December 6th from 3 -8 P.M. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. Anthony's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 A.M. in Holy Family Parish at St. Joseph's Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH.
