Antoinette E. Custode, 95, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away peacefully on Friday, August 2, 2024 at Ascension Living Our Lady of Peace in Lewiston, NY. Born in Niagara Falls she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Gaetana (Infantino) Bruccoleri; and step-daughter of the late Josephine Bruccoleri.

Antoinette attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. On September 8, 1954 she married her beloved husband, Leonard N. Custode.

Antoinette was a devout Catholic and longtime parishioner of Prince of Peace Church where she was a member of their choir. She was an excellent baker and cook who enjoyed entertaining her family and friends. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Leonard N. Custode on October 12, 2013 and her loving granddaughter, Cassie Costanzo on December 30, 2021.

Antoinette is survived by her children, Karen (Joe) Costanzo, Kathy (Glenn) Polka and Joseph (Karen) Custode; five grandchildren, Sara (Chris) Schiro Costanzo, Jason Polka, Stephanie (Joey) Cruz Polka, Jena (Matthew) Love Custode and Joseph (Gaby) Custode; 8 great grandchildren Vincent, Fiona, Ryan, Leonard, Juliana, Noah, Nicholas, and Natalie; her sister, Geri (late Phil) DiRe, and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by six siblings, Emanuel (late Gloria) Bruccoleri, Michael (late Sylvia) Bruccoleri, Mary (late John) Daddario, James (late Mary) Chipolla, Netta (late Mario) Colosi and Ida (late Joseph) DelGrosso.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 7 from 4 – 8 PM at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin Thursday, August 8 at 9:15 AM, followed by Antoinette's Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Prince of Peace Church, 1055 N. Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. Entombment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
