Arlene Morreale, 57, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 23rd, 2016 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Sophie (Augustine) Placek.

Arlene was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls and attended local schools. She was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School and also earned an Associate's Degree from Niagara County Community College. On March 3, 2004, she married her dear husband Peter Morreale in Las Vegas, NV.

Arlene began working at N.F. Memorial Medical Center as a Phlebotomists and was also employed as a Surgical Technician at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY for the past 10 years. She was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and enjoyed attending concerts. Arlene also enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Morreale is survived by her children, Nikki (Thomas) Kresman of Niagara Falls, NY, Tara Morreale of Lima, NY, Steven (Samantha) Morreale of Lewiston, NY, Lindsay Morreale of Niagara Falls, NY, and three grandchildren Alexis Kresman, Leah Kresman and Thomas Kresman II. She is also survived by her brother Jeffrey (Elizabeth) Gromney and one nephew Matthew Gromney both of Las Vegas, NV; as well as several cousins and one aunt.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 28th from 3 – 7 P.M. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin on Friday, January 29th at 10:30 A.M.
