Arthur J. Aramini age 85, passed away Feburary 19, 2020 at his Niagara Falls Residence . He was born in Ithaca, NY , the son of the late Arthur and Isabelle (Asmuth) Aramini. He moved with his family to Rochester, NY in 1942 where he graduated from Monroe High School, received a BS Degree from Brockport State College and completed graduate studies under several National Science Foundation Grants at Bucknell University in Pennsylvania, Niagara University, Buffalo State College, The University of Buffalo and Canisius College.

Arthur married the former Betty Bruno in 1957 at Our Lady of Lebanon Church.  He was a proud US Air Force Veteran and was awarded the Air Force World Record as a Physical Conditioning Specialist. After  his military service, Arthur taught Science at Thornton Junior College in Harvey , Ill.  In 1959, he moved to Niagara Falls, where he taught Biology and Science for the Niagara  Falls School District for 30 years.  For a short time, he served as president of the Teacher's Union, Local 801.  In his retirement,  Arthur was an enthusiastic gardener and a loyal sports fan, especially football.

In addition to his beloved wife Betty,  Arthur is survived by his son David (Bonita) Aramini, grandson John (Dr. Lauren) Aramini, great- granddaughter Emmaline Grace Aramini, his brother, Philip Aramini  of Arizona. Mr. Aramini was predeceased by his cherished daughter Mary Beth (Ken) Aramini- Samuels, Esq. who passed away August 2, 2017.

Visitation will take place of Friday February 21, 2020 from 4-7 P.M. at THE M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY.  Arthur's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. Saturday from St. Vincent de Paul Church,  St. Leo's Worship Site,  2748 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY.  Please assemble at church.  Interment with Military Honors will be in St. Joseph's   Cemetery , Niagara Falls, NY.  Memorials in Arthur's honor may be sent to Niagara Hospice or to a charity of your choice.  Visit mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online condolences
