Barbara A. Barry, 64, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2026 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late John and Frances (Galante) Berds.

A lifelong resident of the city, Barb was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School. On December 31, 1988, she married the love of her life, Norman Barry, in Lewiston, NY, and together they built a life centered around family, love, and laughter.

Barb was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose world revolved around the people she cherished most. She had a charming, warm, and loving personality that made everyone around her feel welcome. Known for her great sense of humor and quick wit, she brought joy and lightheartedness wherever she went. Above all, she adored her grandchildren, who were the true pride of her life.

In addition to her husband, Norman, of 38 years, she is survived by her children, Stephen (Danielle) DePalma and Edward Barry; her grandchildren, Stephen and Pamina DePalma; her niece and nephew, Jordan (Mohammed Imam) Anthony and Jack (Jay Browning) Anthony; her lifelong best friend, Tina Naus, as well as many cherished cousins and friends. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved sister, Lori (Christina Mihalitsas) Anthony.

Visitation will be on Friday, January 30 from 4 – 7 PM at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road Niagara Falls, NY, 14304, where funeral services will begin at 7:00 PM.
