Barbara A. Amantia, 57, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on November 7, 2024 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Frank P. and Queenie (Abrahamian) Amantia, Sr.

Barb was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School.  She enjoyed listening to rock music, taking walks with her mother prior to her illness, and going to the casino.  Barb also enjoyed watching television, gardening, and had a deep affinity for decorating her home with flowers and angels. She was a member of St. Joseph Church.  Above all, Barbara will be remembered most for her kind and helpful nature.

Barbara is survived by her loving companion of 15 years, George F. Briggs, Jr.; her brother, John Amantia; George's son, Keith (Samantha) Briggs, George's sister, Cindy (Tim) LaGamba, and nephew, Nicholas LaGamba, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Frank P. Amantia, Jr.

There will be no prior visitation.  A private celebration of Barbara's life will be held at the convenience of the family.  If desired, memorial offerings may be made to a charity of one's choice.  Arrangements by M.J.
