Barry J. Virgilio, 65, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on February 11, 2023 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY.  Born in Rochester, NY, he was the son of Phyllis (Stehler) Virgilio and the late John Virgilio.

Barry was a graduate of Sperry High School and earned his Bachelor's Degree from Buffalo State College.  He was employed as a Supervisor for the New York State Parks Department in Niagara Falls, NY for 41 years, retiring in 2019.  Barry was a Life Scout in Rochester and he served as the Troop Leader and treasurer for Boy Scout Troop 841 in Niagara Falls.  Barry loved the outdoors and hiking.

In addition to his mother, Barry is survived by his children, Mykel Virgilio and Kaitlyn Virgilio; his sister, Sherry Migliorini; his girlfriend Maryann Campanella and former spouse, Laurie Diez, as well as one aunt, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
