The one and only Benny Delmont Streeter, the world's greatest Niagara Fall's Finest, the 56 sensation of Niagara Falls, NY made his transition from this life on February 10, 2023. He was born on August 27, 1966, to the Late Doris J. Streeter and Benny Brown. He was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls he attended Niagara Falls High School and earned his degree from the school of life he majored in keeping it real.
Delmont had a relationship with the Lord. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior many years ago under the leadership of Bishop Colvin whom he admired, respected, and had a special relationship with. The past year he would drop in churches such as St. Johns AME
He was a man of many names such as "Benny Blanco", He always lived his life to the fullest. He loved to party. He would enter a room snapping his fingers and doing his dance. He was the life of the party and loved Frankie Beverly and Maze.
Delmont was a unique guy, one of a kind, special in his own way. He was a big brother and best friend to many. He loved his family very much and was a voice of reasoning. He loved to talk about his family history, he knew it very well. He was a great storyteller. Delmont was funny, he could make you mad and make you laugh at the same time. He was known as the Don Juan, and all the women loved him.
He was a "retired" NFL player always carrying around a football. Often saying, that he was coming out of retirement . Benny's presence was always well known rather you liked it or not. He would charm you and give that smile. Benny had a kind heart he would give you his last.
Favorite phrases : "Ya think", "It's ain't a military secret", and "Straight up"
The memories of Delmont will be cherished by his sisters Gwendolyn (Travis) Walker, Felicia (Darryl ) Stallings, Doris Green, brothers Parish Streeter and Philippe Streeter, Aunt Gwendolyn Turner, nieces, nephews, a host of cousins and friends. Delmont was predeceased by his parents Doris Streeter, Benny Brown, and one brother Kevin Streeter and a godson Ladrae Walker.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 17 from 12 – 1 PM at at New Jerusalem Revival Center, 2723 20 th Street, Niagara Falls, NY, followed by homegoing services at 1 PM. Interment in Riverdale Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. Visit mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online condolences.
