Bonnie J. (Witherspoon) Governatori-Pendola, 84, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Schoellkopf Health Care Facility in Niagara Falls, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Charles A. and Jean (Luvie) Witherspoon.

Bonnie moved to Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada as a child with her family where she was educated. Following her marriage she returned to Niagara Falls, NY where she lived until the present time. She was employed as a floor supervisor in the Production Dept. of the Carborundum Company- Globar Division in Niagara Falls, NY and retired in the early 1990's after thirty five years of service. Bonnie was an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

Bonnie was predeceased by her husband Joseph Governatori. She is survived by her six children, Rocco (Lou) Pendola of New Orleans, LA, John (Maureen) Pendola of Niagara Falls, NY, Jeannie Ann (John) Carella of Rochester, NY, Michael Pendola of Niagara Falls, NY, Vincenette Speck of Lewiston, NY, Michael (Sandy) Governatori of Florida, and was predeceased by one son Joseph Governatori. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Bonnie was also predeceased and two sisters.

There will be no prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Friday, November 13th at 10 a.m. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY with Rev. Robert Stolinski officiating.
