Brenda J. Walton, 67 of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Wednesday September 30, 2009 in Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital in Buffalo, NY. A lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, Brenda attended local schools, and graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1960, where she went on to serve as a member of the Class of 1960 Reunion Committee. She later attended Erie County Community College and earned a degree in Dental Hygiene. On November 26, 1966, Brenda married Albert C. Walton at Niagara Falls, NY.

Brenda was employed as a Dental Hygiene teacher for the Niagara Falls Board of Education. Afterwards, she worked as a Dental Hygienist for Todd L. Havens, DDS, John A. Havens, DDS and John J. Bonghi DDS in Niagara Falls, NY for twenty five years. Brenda was a longtime member of Beta Sigma Phi and served as president of the Laureate Alpha Iota Chapter. She was also a member of the Lydia Society of the Presbyterian Church. In her leisure time she enjoyed knitting, reading and card making. Above all, Brenda will be remembered as a loving and devoted grandmother.

In addition to her husband of forty two years, Brenda is survived by her four children; Darren (Renee Alvarez) Walton of Rochester, NY, Douglas (Lori Pelczynski) Walton of Wheatfield, NY, Bryan (Heather Boardway) Walton of Lewiston, NY and Adrienne (Paul) Adams of Pendleton, NY, nine grandchildren; Noah, Regan, Maddison, Tyler, Quinn and Cole Walton, Nate, Gwen and Hugh Adams, one brother Noel (Patsy) Touchette of Florida, her very special Godchild Clara Kroetsch, her special aunt Margaret McKinney and several cousins. Brenda was also the sister-in-law of; Robert and Elena Walton, and Donald G. Walton.

Friends may call on Saturday from 4-7 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI AND SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL 2730 MILITARY RAOD NIAGARA FALLS, NY. Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Monday October 5th at 11:00 a.m. in Zion Lutheran Church 1010 Michigan Ave. Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. John Timmerman officiating. EVERYONE WILL ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Interment will be held in Riverdale Cemetery Lewiston, NY.
