Loving Husband, Father, Son and Brother

Brian James Collette, 45, of New Port Richey, Florida and formerly of Lockport, NY entered into rest peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday August 20, 2009, after a long illness.

Brian was a graduate of Lockport High School and started his Disc Jockey Business, playing at Skateland in Lockport, NY where he became an accomplished roller skater. He later founded his professional disc jockey service, Infinity Sound Productions, in Jacksonville, Florida. He was also a gifted Salesman and at one time owned Collette Auto Sales in Lockport, NY. Brian was a proud member of the Niagara County Auxiliary Police from 1998 until 2006 and progressed in rank from Patrol Officer to the rank of Sergeant.

Brian is survived by his loving wife Tina (Seely), two daughters Angela of St. Catharines, Ontario and Destinee of Kenmore, NY; stepchildren Troy (Lindsey) Dunkelberger and Chelsea Dunkelberger; his mother Carol A. (John) Williams; his father Eugene D. Collette; mother-in-law Joan Seely; two brothers Michael (Linda) Collette and Eric (Carrie) Collette; three sisters Loriann Collette, Laura (Richard) Potts, Tammy (Lynn) Morstad; his grandparents Harry and Harriet McQueen, Isabel Bauer, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to join Brian's family in celebrating his life from 2 - 4 p.m. on Saturday September 19th at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 133 Telegraph Road, Middleport, NY followed by a Memorial Service at 4 p.m. with Rev. Triplett officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials in Brian's honor can be made to the Humane Society or to the Multiple Sclerosis Association. Arrangements by M.J.
