Brian "Gubby" Spaeth, 24, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 19th, 2014 at his residence. Born in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of Robin Moore and the late James Spaeth; and stepson of Brian Moore.

Gubby, as he was known to his friends and family, graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 2008. He was employed by the Geico Insurance Company in Getzville, NY for over the past two years. Brian spent the past seven years together with his fiancée, Sara Kachurek, who was the love of his life. Gubby also enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid fisherman.

Brian is also survived by his sister, Michelle Spaeth of Niagara Falls, NY; one step-brother, Scott Moore of Burlington, Ontario; his two cousins Daniel Gipp and Elizabeth Lee; as well as his aunts, uncles and many loving friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 P.M. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road Niagara Falls, NY where funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 24th at 10:00 A.M. with Pastor Jerry McGlone officiating.
