Carmela 'Carm' (Iadicicco) Primerano, 73 of Wheatfield, NY passed away on Sunday November 21, 2010 in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Donato and Vincenza (Sorbo) Iadicicco.

Carmela was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY. She attended local schools and graduated from the former LaSalle Senior High Schools. Carm worked at the former Neisner's and Bier's Brothers Department stores in Niagara Falls. Carm was extremely proud of her Italian heritage. She was an outstanding cook and famous for her homemade lasagna and pizza. Carmela was devoted to her Catholic faith, but above all, she was a devoted mother. Her children were the center of life, her kindness and love of family was her strength. She will be deeply missed by her loving family and friends.

Mrs. Primerano is survived by her four children, Stefano 'Steve' Primerano of Miami, FL, Francesco 'Frank' Primerano of Williamsville, NY, Bruno (Irma) Primerano of Deltona, FL, Antonietta 'Antoniette' (James) Polito (Duckworth) of Wheatfield, NY, her grandchildren, Steve and Carla Primerano, Ron and Rick Primerano, Katrina, Sofia and Antonio Primerano, Michael Daniels, Vincent Daniels and Joseph Allen, two great-grandchildren, Isabella Daniels and Alexa Primerano, two sisters, Sanda (Steve) Alonge of Phoenix, AZ and Nancy (Mike) March of Peoria, AZ, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also predeceased by her former husband Carmelo Primerano, one brother Salvatore (Violet of North Tonawanda, NY) Iadicicco and two sisters, Maria Joana 'Jenny' Iadicicco and Mary (late John) Kozera.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI AND SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL 2730 MILITARY ROAD NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will begin on Wednesday November 24th at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph Parish at St. Joseph's Church, 1413 Pine Avenue Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Duane Klizek officiating. Interment will be held in St. Joseph's Cemetery Niagara Falls, NY.
