Carmen J. Sicoli, 98, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on February 29, 2020 at Elderwood at Wheatfield.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Biagio and Rachel (Perri) Sicoli.

Carmen was raised in Niagara Falls and graduated from Trott Vocational High School.  He proudly served in the Army Air Force during World War II as an Airplane Maintenance Technician stationed in the Western Pacific from 1942 until his honorable discharge in 1945.  On September 28, 1946, he married Elizabeth 'Liz' (Peters) Sicoli at Christ Church in Niagara Falls, Ontario.  Mrs. Sicoli predeceased him on September 20, 2004.

Carmen was employed in the Carpenter's Union and was a Construction Superintendent for Sicoli-Massaro Construction Company.  In addition, he worked on the construction of the New York State Power Project.  He was a past member of Prince of Peace Church, and a current member of St. Peter's Church in Lewiston.  Carmen enjoyed golfing and bowling.

Carmen is survived by his daughter, Sandra (Henry) Hughes; his grandchildren, Henry (Melissa) Hughes, Jeffrey (Carolyn) Hughes and Adam (Rochelle) Hughes; great-grandchildren, Henry, Brennan, Lyla, Grace and Scarlett; sister-in-law, Yvonne Peters as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to his wife of 57 years, he was predeceased by his siblings, Alfred (Phyllis) Sicoli, Lucy (late Joseph) Bellina, and Benjamin 'Ben' (Mary) Sicoli.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 3 ^rd from 4 – 8 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304, where prayers will begin Wednesday morning at 8:30 AM  followed by Carmen's Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in St. Peter's R.C.
