NIAGARA FALLS — Carol A. Griffin, 76, of Niagara Falls, NY, died on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at N.F. Memorial Medical Center. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Bernice D. Griffin.
Carol was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY and attended local schools. She was a resident of Niagara Rehabilitation and Nursing Center where she enjoyed participating in their activities, particularly watching movies and attending monthly parties to celebrate residents' birthdays. Carol especially enjoyed spending time with her daughter, Sally and Ron.
Carol is survived by three children, Leeann Hummel of West Seneca, NY; Peggy Hummel of Lockport, NY, and Sally McClinsey (Ron Wolf) of Niagara Falls, NY; one sister, Norma Coxey of Clearfield, PA and her son-in-law, James McClinsey.
Visitation will be on Friday, March 8th from 2-4 PM at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON FUNERAL CHAPEL, 468-19th Street, Niagara Falls, NY.
