Charles R. Francis, 54, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on August 31, 2022 at Buffalo General Hospital in Buffalo, NY.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late George L. and Georgina S. (Stockman) Francis.

Charlie was a 1987 graduate of LaSalle High School and the Welding Program at BOCES.  He was employed as a welder in Niagara Falls.  An avid outdoorsman, he loved to hunt and fish.  Charlie was a jack of all trades and was able to fix anything and everything.

Charlie is survived by his children, Robert W. Francis, Kristin R. Francis (fiancé Lucas Wood), and Timothy C. Francis; his grandchildren, Raqi and Bjorn, and their mother, Asia Dean; his sister, Linda (Robert) Karsteter; his nephews, Joshua Adams and Shawn Adams, his lifelong friend, Chuck Wheeler, as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 4 from 3 – 7 PM at M.J.
