Christina “Tina” M. Strouse, 61, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2026, at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Born in Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Robert Sr. and Sandra Strouse.

Tina came to the Niagara Falls area in the mid-1990s and quickly made it her home, forming countless friendships and touching the lives of many with her warm and welcoming nature. Tina found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved thrifting and shopping, spending hours searching for unique treasures and special finds. She enjoyed watching television and web-based shows, cooking meals for those she loved, and spending time with her cherished cat, Mama, who brought her endless comfort and companionship.

Known for her goofy sense of humor and infectious smile, Tina was loving, kind, caring, genuine, and compassionate. She had a remarkable ability to make people feel welcome and valued. A mother to many in both heart and spirit, she possessed a heart of gold and was a friend to everyone she met. Her generosity, loyalty, and unwavering support left a lasting impression on all who were fortunate enough to know her.

She is survived by her beloved son, John E. Henry III; her brother, Robert “Bob” (late Kathleen) Strouse, Jr.; her close friends, who were more like sisters, Endra Jacobs, Deanna Chambers, and Barb Best; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, Tina was predeceased by her beloved second mom, Rita Hood.
