Christine M. Carapezza, 56, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away suddenly on March 21, 2024 while on a trip in Akron, OH. Born in Winchester, MA and raised in Franklin, MA before moving to Niagara Falls, NY at the age of 15. She is predeceased by her mother, Donna J. (Klein) Siegmund and beloved stepfather Edward J. Siegmund. Christine was a graduate of Trott Vocational High School and later earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Niagara County Community College.

Christine had a passion for travel and always wanted to be at the beach, she was always happiest when she was roasting in the sun. She loved hazelnut ice capps, the moon, Batman, vampires, Rick Springfield, Taz, dream catchers, Wicca, watching foreign horror movies, the casino, Mountain Dew, the color pink, cooking, dancing, singing, adventuring with friends, doing crafts, driving and animals, especially eagles and wolves; whose symbolism of courage, strength, loyalty and success strongly influenced who she became. She laughed loud and loved fiercely, no one more than her son, Douglas Keith Watrous Jr and "beautiful daughter-in-law" Kalen. Known best for her huge smile, her tight hugs and unwavering determination she will live on in the hearts of her sisters; Deb, Carla and Rhonda. Her brother; Joe, Nieces and Nephews; Ashley, Becky, Jimmy, Luke, Angelina, Katerina, Lorenzo and Dearest Friends; Berneta "Missy", Davey and Tammy, Angie and Shawn, Marty and Gary, Jody and Tim, Drew, Neal and many more from all over the US whom she loved so very much.

Christine rests now peacefully with the love of her life; Douglas Keith Watrous Sr.
