Cindy B. Anderson, 69, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2026, under the compassionate care of Niagara Hospice. Born in Buffalo, NY, she was the beloved daughter of the late Harry W. and Josephine C. (Archie) Anderson.

Cindy was raised in Niagara Falls and graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1974. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Buffalo State College in 1978. For more than 31 years, she was a dedicated employee of DuPont, retiring in 2010 as an administrative assistant.

A woman of curiosity and spirit, Cindy was an avid reader and enjoyed exploring the world of computers. She embraced adventure, spending cherished time at her cottage on Lake Ontario and even taking to the sky as a skydiver. Her deep love for animals, especially cats, was a defining part of her life and brought her great joy.

Cindy is survived by her loving brother, Jason Anderson, along with several cousins and close friends who will forever hold her memory dear.

Funeral services and entombment will be held Saturday, March 14, at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Cemetery, 3806 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the Niagara County SPCA, honoring Cindy’s lifelong devotion to animals.
