Clyde Welch, 51, of Niagara Falls, NY, died on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Schoellkopf Health Care Facility in Niagara Falls, NY. Born in Wisburg, Germany he was the son of Charolete (Simons) Welch of Alabama and the late Carl E. Welch, Sr.

Clyde moved to New Jersey with his family at the age of one where he lived until moving to the Buffalo area when he was fifteen years old. He attended local schools in both New Jersey and Buffalo. Clyde formerly worked at A-Plus Mini Mart in Niagara Falls, NY. He enjoyed making pizza and baking but most of all, Clyde liked spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his mother Clyde is survived by two brothers Allan Welch of North Tonawanda, NY and Carl Welch, Jr. of Buffalo, NY; his extended family Jennifer (John Cusick, Jr.) John of Niagara Falls, NY and Melissa John of Ransomville, NY; Dalton John and Brandon John. He was predeceased by his fiancé Marilyn John.

Visitation will be on Friday, September 6th from 6 – 8 p.m. at the
M.J. COLUCCI & SON FUNERAL CHAPEL, 468 19th STREET, NIAGARA FALLS, NY. Burial in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston, NY at the convenience of the family.
