Concetta "Connie" Koury, 88, of Niagara Falls,  NY passed away Monday March 11, 2019.  Born in Newark, NY,  she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Rosina (nee Miletti) DeDominico.  She married John "Jack" Koury Sr. on February 15, 1954 in Newark, NY who predeceased her in 1998.

Connie served her community for over 65 years while holding positions with New York Telephone as an administrative assistant,  Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce, and the Holka Insurance Company.  She was also a longtime member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, The Pioneers of America and The Sweet Adelines.

Connie was tough as nails, but she loved her family more than anything.  She enjoyed music, singing and playing the Clarinet, gardening, as well as the company of her friends and her two cats.

She is survived by her son, John J. (late Maureen) Koury, her grandsons, John T. and Edward D. Koury, predeceased by her sister,   Raida Favata.

Visitation will be held on Friday March 15 ^th from 4-7 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL 2730 Military Rd. Niagara Falls, NY where a funeral service will begin at 6:30pm. Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery Lewiston, NY.  In lieu of flowers memorials in Connie's honor may be sent to Niagara Hospice Inc.
