Cristina A. Ventry, 80, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on January 10, 2021 at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital in Williamsville, NY.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Frank and Ernestina (Trivisondoli) Ventry.

Cristina graduated from Niagara Falls High School and attended Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.  She was employed as the Assistant to the Head of Revlon, as well as with Anatolia Leather Goods, as well as an actress, all in New York City.  She was also employed with the Niagara Falls Board of Education as a Kindergarten Teacher.  Known as "the Purple Lady" for her affinity of the color purple, Cristina enjoyed the arts, studying and following the careers of various actors and actresses.  She also enjoyed politics.

Cristina is survived by several of her cousins.

There will be no prior visitation.  Cristina's Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 23 at 11 AM at St. Peter's R.C. Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, NY 14092.  Private interment is St. Joseph Cemetery, Albion, NY at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the Niagara County SPCA, 2100 Lockport Road, Niagara Falls, NY, 14304.  Arrangements by M.J.
