Cynthia 'Cindy' D. (Spence) Capone, 82, of Niagara Falls, NY died on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at Schoellkopf Health Care Facility in Niagara Falls, NY. Born in Fort William, Ontario, Canada now called Thunder Bay, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Fay (Mears) Spence.

Cynthia attended school in Northern Ontario and came to the Niagara Falls area in 1951 where she lived until the present time. In her leisure time, she liked crocheting and reading. But most of all, Cindy enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Cynthia is survived by four children Sharon Capone, Carol (James) Tarapczynski, Deanna Pippard all of Niagara Falls, NY; Karla (Ray) Keenan of Lockport, NY and was predeceased by two children Christine Capone and Michael R. Capone. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, one sister Patricia Duffy of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also predeceased by one brother Terry McKay and her former husband Dominic F. Capone.

There will be no prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a committal service on Friday August 22nd at 2 p.m. at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 500 Riverdale Avenue, Lewiston, NY.
