Cynthia Virtuoso, 81, of Lewiston, NY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late James 'Shorty' and Philomena 'Fannie' (Ungaro) Ryan.

Cindy was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School and longtime member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. On September 18, 1966 she married her beloved husband, Carl G. Virtuoso at Mt. Carmel Church. Carl later passed away in 2015 after 49 memorable years together.

Cindy was an excellent cook who loved preparing for and celebrating holidays with her loved ones.  She also had the privilege of being surrounded by life long friends, whom she held near and dear to her heart. Her true dedication in life was being a devoted wife, mother and nana, who cherished her time spent with family.

Mrs. Virtuoso is survived by her children, Carla (Bob) Wegrzyn and Ryan Virtuoso; her grandchildren, Erin, Delaney, Robert and Santino; and a large extended family.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 6 from 9:30 – 11:15 AM at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin at 11:15 AM, followed by Cynthia's Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon in St. Peter's Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, NY.
