Dale A. Johnson, 72, of Sanborn, NY passed away on Monday, August 29, 2016 at N.F. Memorial Medical Center. Born in Lewiston, NY he was the son of the late Seymour and Maxine (Maybee) Johnson, Jr.

Dale attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School. He was a member of the Roofers Local 74 Union in Buffalo, NY and worked at various construction sites for thirty one years. Dale was an avid hunter and sports fan. He also enjoyed bowling, playing cards and working on cars.

Dale is survived by three children Deron (Kim) Johnson, Derek (Jenelle) Johnson and Suzette (Tony) Patterson; seven grandchildren Sarah, Anthony, Cassidy, Jordan, Landen, Taylor and Aiden; three brothers Dean Johnson, Ace Johnson and Pete Pembleton, his former wife and mother of his children Brenda Muniz as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be on Thursday September 1st from 11 – 1 p.m. at the Tuscarora Indian Mission, 5035 Walmore Road, Sanborn, NY followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. Interment in Mt.
