On Sunday, January 20, 2019, Deborah Barcaro, loving mother of one son, Anthony, passed away. Deborah was born on July 21, 1950 in Lewiston, NY to the late Guido and Theresa Barcaro. She received her travel and tourism degree from Niagara University. She enjoyed working as a secretary at Niagara University and Medaille College.

Deborah had a Roman Catholic faith that ran deep. She enjoyed spending time with her loving family. She was extremely proud of her son, Anthony and boasted quite often about him to her friends. She had an infectious smile and kind, compassionate spirit that warmed the hearts of others around her. She will be missed more than words can explain.

In addition to her son and daughter-in-law, Katie, Deborah is survived by her grandchildren, Safina and Emery; her sister, Annette (David) Kucharski, and one nephew Zachary. She was predeceased by her siblings, Frank and Mary.

Visitation will be on Friday, January 25th from 5 – 8 P.M. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. A Latin Mass will be held in her honor on Saturday, January 26th at 9:30 A.M. in St. Mary of the Cataract Roman Catholic Church, 259 Fourth Street, Niagara Falls, NY. Entombment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorial offerings may be made to St. Mary of the Cataract or St Anthony's of Padua Roman Catholic Churches.
