Deborah Laurie, 66, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2021, at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of Joseph and Lorna (Feren) Quarantillo.

Deborah attended Stella Niagara and was a graduate of Madonna High School. She obtained her Associate's degree from Niagara County Community College and was employed as an administrative assistant at Unifrax for many years.

In her earlier years, she loved going camping, as well as bowling. She was an animal lover, particularly of her dogs, and enjoyed playing bingo and singing Karaoke, especially at cousin night. She also enjoyed arts and crafts, playing cards and scrabble. Above all, she had a sweet tooth for anything chocolate.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Laurie is survived by her children, Sarah Laurie and Louie (Chelsea Tierney) Laurie; her grandchildren, Lewis, Adrianna, Alina and Madelyn; siblings, Joseph (Heather) Quarantillo, David (Brandi Jackson) Quarantillo and Karen (Jim Cummings) Quarantillo; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 22 from 5 – 8 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNRAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10:30 AM in Zion Lutheran Church, 1010 Michigan Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY. Memorial offerings may be made to the Niagara County S.P.C.A.
