Debra Payton, 60, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on January 16, 2022, at Niagara Rehabilitation and Health Center in Niagara Falls, NY.

She was born on July 4, 1961, in Rochester NY, the daughter of Richard and Sheila McGrath. Debra grew up in Charlotte NY with her siblings Richard McGrath, Scott McGrath, Molly McGrath, and Pamela McGrath.

She graduated from Greece Athena High school and she went on to graduate from nursing school at Monroe Community College.

Debra was the mother of Jillian Holtz, Justin, and Jacob Speranza. Debra was also the grandmother of Colin and Nicholas Holtz.
