Debra J. Violanti, 51, of Niagara Falls, NY died on Monday, September 30, 2013. Born in Salamanca, NY she was the daughter of Dario A. Violanti of Orchard Park, NY and the late Lana (Haas) Violanti.

Debra graduated from Grand Island High School. She worked at Kimmins Coffee in the Town of Wheatfield and also at Tim Horton's Café and Bake Shop, Sunshine Café both in Niagara Falls, NY. Debra enjoyed being with people and having a friendly conversation. But Debra most enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her father, Debra is survived by three children Donald E. (Cara) Silversmith, Jr., Melissa M. Violanti and Joseph A.M. Strange all of Niagara Falls, NY; companion of Gary Strange of Niagara Falls, NY; also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins and one great niece. She was predeceased by one brother, Thomas Violanti.

Visitation will be on Friday October 4th from 4 – 7 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY followed by a funeral service at 7 p.m.
