Delroy 'Del' F. LaForge, 76, passed away on September 25, 2019 at Ellicott Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Buffalo, NY.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Placida (nee Breda) (LaForge) Mardon and late Roy LaForge, and stepson of the late Walter Mardon.

Delroy was a kind-hearted, thoughtful, honest and generous person with a gentle soul who was well liked by everyone who knew him.  He grew up and attended school in Niagara Falls.  In his younger years, he enjoyed playing hockey, making model airplanes, and restoring vintage cars.  As a teenager, he worked for Saraceni's Drug Store and Tops Markets.

Delroy will be deeply missed by his loving sister and brother-in-law, Joyce (Mardon) and David Serianni. He is survived by several cousins and was predeceased by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Delroy's family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff at Ellicott Center for the compassion and care given to Delroy during his stay.

There was no prior visitation.
