Denise M. (Marra) Manzare, 52, of Lewiston, NY passed away on Monday November 19, 2012, surrounded by her loving family, at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Rocco E. and Connie (Leo) Marra.

Denise attended area schools and graduated from Lewiston Porter High School in 1978. On August 28, 1981 she married Nicholas Manzare at St. Joseph Church in Niagara Falls, NY. She worked as a waitress at Schimshack's Restaurant in Sanborn, NY until becoming ill. Prior to that she was employed at the Goose's Roost in Niagara Falls. Denise cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband of thirty one years, Denise is survived by three children Mara Manzare (Joe Luchese), Nicholas Manzare and Rocco Manzare all of Lewiston, NY; two grandchildren Jayden Luchese and Joseph Luchese and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was the daughter-in-law of Nicholas L. (Margaret) Manzare and sister-in-law of John (Lisa Taibi) Manzare, Chris (Chrystal) Manzare and Toni Manzare.

Visitation will be on Friday from 4 – 8 p.m. at the M.J.COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will be held on Saturday November 24th at 11 a.m. with Rev. Michael Zuffoletto officiating. Interment in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.
