Diana Howard, 72, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 surrounded by her cherished family. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Wilma (Shelton) Montagna.

Diana was raised in Niagara Falls where she attended local schools. She was devoted to her faith and was a longtime member of the First Presbyterian Church in Lockport, NY.

Diana was an excellent baker and a talented seamstress. She enjoyed arts and crafts, and especially enjoyed decorating for weddings. She also loved researching the ancestry of her family.

Above all, Diana will be remembered for her big heart and kind soul. She will be deeply missed by her beloved family who she enjoyed spending time with.

Diana is survived by her children, Duane "Cord" Kreps, Sherry (fiancé Michael Quarantiello) Kreps, Tina Abie (Montgomery Grumblatt, Jr.) Cossar, Holly (Kevin) Gamache, Robert N. (Christina) Howard, Jr. and Carl (Cindy) Howard; her grandchildren, Mark, Trvien, Mary, Destiny, Desaray, Alexander, Kevin Jr., Robert III, Donavin, Damion, Carl, Breanna, Xavier, Aaliyah and Ameerah; several great-grandchildren; her siblings, Samuel (Rhonda) Montagna, Timothy (Nina) Montagna, Judith (late Dennis) Montagna, Theresa (David) Gawel, Elaine (Keith) Montagna and Marygail (late Ray) Montagna; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be on Monday, December 13 from 10 - 12 Noon at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin at 12 Noon.
