Diane C. Bianco, 82, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2025, at the Genesee Center in Batavia, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, Diane was the daughter of John and Beatrice (Morganti) DiCicco.

During the 1950s and 1960s, she worked at her family's business, D's Best Poultry and D's Best Pizzeria. In 1975, Diane began working at Slipko Brother's for over 25 years until her retirement.

On September 25, 1965, Diane married Salvatore A. Bianco at St. Joseph's Church, embarking on a marriage that lasted until his passing in 2017. Diane was a member of St. Joseph's Church and cherished her faith.

In her younger years, Diane found joy in ceramic making, creating beautiful Christmas trees and canister sets. She loved dancing and cooking, especially during football Sundays making meatballs for everyone that came over, and also cherished time her family.

Diane is survived by her children, Anthony Bianco, Salvatore Bianco and Carmine Bianco; her grandchildren, Jenna (William, NFPD), Nina, Salvatore, Emily, Luca and Valentino; great-grandchildren, Grace and Elliana; her nieces and nephews, George Elbel Jr., Alyson Elbel Struwe, Mia Bianco, Vincent Bianco and Adam Bianco; and her best friend Rosemary LaGatta. She was predeceased by her sister, Laurene Elbel.

Visitation will be Monday, April 28 from 5 – 7 PM at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. Diane's Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, April 29 at 10 AM in St. Joseph's Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY. Interment in Oakwood Cemetery.
