Dolores “Nana” A. Sneddon, 87, passed away peacefully from this life on June 17, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Sante “Sam” and Florence (Gentile) D’Agostino. Dolores Called Niagara Falls home for 87 years where she had a variety of jobs throughout her lifetime. She maintained close friendships with friends, some of whom she met as a small child.

But her favorite time and memories were made with her treasured family. Nana was known for her smile, her cutlets and salad, (which no one has been able to duplicate) and for the incredibly special times she created for her grandchildren. Her presence will be greatly missed but her love with always be deeply felt.

Dolores is survived by her beloved daughter and partner in crime, Anna Sneddon; her cherished grandchildren, Christina (Paul) Henderson, Zachary (Jessie) Andrejcak and Danielle Grunwald; her six great-grandchildren; her daughter-in-law, Tammy Sneddon (Nick Hitt and Adam Hitt), and her bonus daughter MaryLou Babyak (Zak Smith, and Sydney and Anthony Scibilia).

In addition to her parents, Dolores was predeceased by her beloved son, Christopher A. Sneddon and her cherished granddaughter, Erin L. (Brandon Biskup) Andrejcak.

There will be no funeral services per Dolores’ wishes.

The family would like to thank James Sorge and the Senior Helpers of Buffalo, for their amazing care and compassion as they helped Dolores maintain her independence while she was still at home. All of you are so greatly appreciated. Also, a special thank you to Schoellkopf Health Center for all that was done for Dolores while she was in your care and for all of your help during a very difficult time.
