Dolores Ciraolo, 85, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 in the DeGraff Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility.  Born in Niagara Falls, she was the beloved daughter to the late Leo and Jean (Sobczak) Lesniak; and the loving wife of Patsy Ciraolo, who she married on October 24, 1959.

Dolores attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1957. She dedicated many years of her life to the Niagara Wheatfield School System, retiring in 2001. She loved her role in the guidance office of Niagara Wheatfield High School, where she touched many lives with her kindness and dedication.

Dolores was an avid fan of the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bills. She also had a passion for collecting and retaining quotes, which she lovingly used in greeting cards for friends and family.

Above all, Dolores centered her life around her family, cherishing every moment spent with them. Her warmth and affection will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her husband of 65 years, she is survived by her two sons, Patrick (Mary) Ciraolo and James (Carrie) Ciraolo; her grandchildren, Daniel (Carly) Ciraolo, Benjamin (Morgan) Ciraolo, Dr. Jordan Ciraolo, Diega Ciraolo, Dominic Ciraolo and Vincent Ciraolo; two great-grandchildren, Emmett Ciraolo and Ila Ciraolo, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be Friday, November 15 from 3 – 7 PM at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304, where funeral services will begin Saturday at 11:15 AM, followed by Dolores' Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon in St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY.
