Dolores K. Parmer, 61, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of Betty J. (Ridgeway) Coleman and the late Clyde Coleman, Sr.

A graduate of Niagara Falls High School, Dolores worked for 12 years in production at Fujisawa in Grand Island, NY. She was known for her creativity and patience, often found knitting or tending to her garden with her natural green thumb. She enjoyed playing games on her phone and cherished every moment spent with her family. Dolores will be fondly remembered for her famous Monkey Bread and deviled eggs, her big heart, and her giving nature that touched everyone around her.

In addition to her mother, Dolores is survived by her daughter, Kendra Parmer; her grandchildren, Kalique Miller, Kabraun Miller, and Kayonna Miller; her former spouse and dear friend, Anthony Parmer; her siblings, Dianne Coleman, Otis Tilford, Clyde (Vertrell) Coleman, Jr., James R. Brown, and Carretha “Cat” Brown; her uncles, Timothy (Shelia) Ridgeway and Willie Rae (Ruby) Ridgeway; and her special longtime friend, Mark Cunningham. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her brother, Christopher (Carol) Ridgeway, her nephew Clyde Coleman III; and her niece, Jayla Brown.

Homegoing services will be held on Friday, August 21 at 1:00 PM at Judah Deliverance Ministries, 1905 Hyde Park Boulevard, Niagara Falls, NY 14305.
