Dominica "Mega" Spina, 94, of Lewiston, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 28, 2020 at her residence. Born in Mt. Hope, WV, she was the beloved daughter of the late Antonino and Antonina Sergi.

Mega was raised in Mt. Hope, WV, where she attended local schools and graduated from high school. On February 11, 1950, she married her beloved husband, Roy Spina, Sr. and together they moved to Niagara Falls. Mr. Spina predeceased her on October 16, 2011 after 61 memorable years together.

Mega enjoyed bowling in her younger years, as well as playing Pinochle with her friends and volunteering at Art Park. Above all, she was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by her cherished family.

Mega is survived by three daughters, Cheryl (Thomas) Bradshaw, Linda Bruno, Terri Bax (late Romeo) (fiancé Nicholas Camarre) and was predeceased by her son, Roy Spina, Jr. and brother Nunzio Sergi. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Melissa (Scott) Meogrossi, Tiffany (Rex) Chandler, Daniel Bax, Thomas Roy (Melissa) Bradshaw, Nicole Bax and Danielle Bruno; ten great-grandchildren, nine great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Friday, October 2 from 4 – 8 P.M. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. Mega's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 12:30 P.M. in St. Peter's RC Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, NY. Interment will be held privately in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
