On January 4 ^th , 2019, Donald J. Knab (Doc Knab), Pharmacist, tennis player, Korean veteran and beautiful person, passed away peacefully.  Doc Knab loved to laugh and to make others laugh. His double entendres were witty and spot on. To know Don was to love him. His family and legion of friends will greatly miss his luminous smile and mischievous eyes. RIP Don. Don was the husband of the late Frances L. (Steele) Knab; father of Karen Ludbrook (Dick D.), Beth Knab, Judy Vona (Lou), and the late Candace Knab Stilwell (Jay); stepfather to Patricia Hurd (Stephen), Christine Grawe (Ronald), Charles Young (Christine), Kenneth Young, the late Rachael Walter, Judith Godwin (Samuel), Michael Young (Marina), and Janet Neuman (Michael); grandfather of 15 and great-grandfather of 22.

In accordance with the wishes of Mr. Knab, his body was donated to the Anatomical Gift Program at the University of Buffalo for medical research.
