Donna L. (Winker) Foshee, 68, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Vivian (Schwartz) Winker.

Donna attended local schools and graduated from the former LaSalle High School. She was employed as a waitress at Denny's for many years prior to working as a school bus aide for the Niagara Falls School District.

Donna is survived by her children, Jennifer (Frank) Medina and Brionna (Richard Mattoon) Winker; her grandchildren, Helayna Johnson, Dean Mattoon, Lailonna Medina, Deacon Mattoon and Daisie Mattoon; her siblings, Pam Winker (U.S. Navy, Retired) Becky Ziemkiewicz, Mark (U.S. Navy, Honorably Discharged) (late Lisa) Winker, Patti (Juan) Hernandez and Holly (U.S. Navy, Honorably Discharged) (Ken) Klein, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, August 23 from 5 – 6 PM at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin at 6 PM.
