Doreen DelZoppo, 99, passed away December 10, 2020 at Mt. St. Mary Hospital, Lewiston, NY.  Born in Aberdeen, Scotland on December 3, 1921. she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Dunn) Clark.

Doreen attended local schools, graduated from Trott High School. She was the wife of the late Vincent P. DelZoppo, who predeceased her. Doreen was employed as a receptionist for Occidental Chemical Company, retiring in 1993. She was a collector of angel figurines, loved dancing with her husband, snacking on lobster dainties, drinking whiskey sours, hosting Bachelorette watch parties, taking car rides, and attending Buffalo Sabres games with her son James.

Doreen especially enjoyed going to the casino, and also had marked success with scratch-off tickets and slot machines. Above all, she loved being with her family especially her grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

Doreen is survived by her daughter, Maureen (Jack) Richardson and her son, James DelZoppo (Lilian Parnofiello); her grandchildren, Quinn (Adam) Moeller, Sarah (Andrew) Converse, Susan (David) Arel, Peter Cwiklinski (Anne McDonough), and great-grandchildren, Camille Arel, Corinne Arel, Jack Moeller, and Clara Moeller.

A private funeral service was held for the family.  It was a true Scottish send off, with Doreen's family reciting prayers and remembrances, and a Bag Piper preforming "Scotland the Brave" leading Doreen to her final resting place in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.
